Q: "Am I able to stop in and buy a baked good?"
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-in. Sweet Cake by Vernz is not yet a storefront bakery. Everything we make is pre ordered. But we do have a Ready to Go cakes that can be pick up with the next 2 business hour. Please visit our online store to book an everyday cake order.
Q:" How far in advance do I need to place my order?"
A: For wedding cakes or custom cake we encourage to book at least three months in advance during wedding season otherwise two weeks not is good enough. For everyday cake we encourage to shop using our online store. Cut off time is 11 pm for the next day cake pick up.
Q:" How Do I place an custom cake order?"
Place an order please send us an email at sweetcakesbyvernz@gmail.com. We will need the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- Date and time for pick up or delivery
- Details of your order including how many cake servings and flavors
Q: "How much are your custom cakes?"
A: Price varies on how many servings and details of the design. Starting price for 8 inches cake cover in fondant is $150.
Q: "What is your order cancellation or modification policy?"
A: Any changes to your order must be done a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the cake collection or delivery date. Any changes made may incur a charge. Modifications or cancellations to an order less than two weeks will be charged for the full amount to the credit card provided at the time the order was taken.
In the event of a cancellation, deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid after the deposit, however, can be refunded if the cake is canceled over two weeks before the cake is due at the discretion of Sweet Cakes by Vernz.
Q: "Do you make cookies?"
A: No! We don't do cookies.
Q: "Do you deliver?"
A: Yes we do from Wednesday - Sunday between 12-4pm (No guaranteed time). Delivery fee
