Siopao is a steamed, meat-filled bun that is a part of traditional Filipino cuisine. We made it in advance and freeze so that you can enjoy them anytime you want it.
Its best served when when. Just put in a fridge overnight then just microwave them with a wet paper towel on top of the bun for 1 minutes. Or steam them fot 10 minutes and viola! you'll have the best siopao in Calgary!
