Our fruitcakes is not just a regular fruitcake cake. I grew up where fruitcake is part of our holiday festive. I been baking this fruitcake since 2007 and give it to my family and friends during Christmas season. They said they love it!
I use Fundador (brandy) and Barcadi (rum) on it with 6 different nuts such as Walnut, pecan, hazelnut, almond, pistachio, and cashew nut with tons of first class fruit glace. We age them every two weeks.
So don't eat this fruitcake and drive! just kidding but beware its totally delicious!
